Today was a special treat for me, as I had the opportunity to go do an impromptu creative mind meld with my good friend Bob Lussier. What a guy! Bob’s photography is a constant inspiration to me, and he is a super swell guy to boot! So how did this start off today? Well, I’m glad you asked (you did ask, didn’t you?). As those of you who visited the site yesterday (or followed me on Twitter) may recall, I enjoyed an early Saturday morning UrbEx to Kaserne Krampnitz. That place is a treasure trove when it comes to WWII ambiance and HDR-worthy photographic subjects. The Kaserne, not surprisingly, featured in some cool movies, and you know I dig movies. One of the most recent movies shot there was Quentin Tarrantino’s Inglorious Basterds. For those who have seen the movie, you will no doubt recognize some of the shots you’ll see me post here. I sent some of the shots of the place to my man Bob, who saved me a great deal of agonizing over which shot to post today! Thanks, Bob! You rock. And on top of that, he even gave me a cool name for the shot, Inglorious Crib! Pure perfection, my friend! So, without further ado, here it is folks… INGLORIOUS CRIB!!
