While there are, of course, the typical tourist sites to explore and photograph here in Bangkok, Thailand, there is so, so much more.  Like any city, some of the more ubiquitous subject matter include construction site, in all states of completion, like this one here.  To get that miniature, toy-like, effect you see here, I put myself above the location, at one of the BTS Skytrain Station, and then used a tilt-shift filter to finish the look.

Luis The tilt shift effect came out very well Jacques, and its great to see the result in large size here in your blog. Also the colours are great, the contrast of opposing red and greens works out very well.

Jacques Thanks, Luis! Glad you dig that one. I was not sure, at first, if I would like what I came up with, but knew immediately when I saw the scene from the top of the Skytrain stop that I wanted to try to create such a look. I’m pleased with how it came out in the end.
