Let The Sun Shine In

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had just about all I can take of the gloomy winter weather.  So, you can imagine how excited I was to have had the good fortune to take a day off from work to hit some new urbex sites, but to have some decent weather as well.  Not only were the sites to die for, but the weather, though dang cold, was super sunny; a real pick-me up!  So after I processed this shot, which I wanted to get done before I headed off to catch a few winks and to rest up after the all-day urbex adventure, I was at a loss for a name.  That’s where my dear wife comes into the study, sees this photograph, and starts singing the song Let The Sun Shine In (though this version is from bunch of cool New Yorkers jamming, quite well), from the Broadway musical Hair.  While I really like the song, and it’s perfect for today’s shot, I’m kind of partial to the re-make of that song by Milk & Sugar!
